» Feature Writer Joni Rose - Degrees of being psychic?

I have always been able to pick up on energies which allows me to have a higher read on people.

I don't know if I am "psychic" unless there are varying degrees of psychic ability.

What defines a person as being psychic and not just intuitive?

If you are getting information from sources other than physical ones, then you are psychic.

You might want to read this article for more information about types of abilities:

My own opinion about intuition is that it is your brain's ability to gather, arrange, and evaluate information that you see, hear, taste, touch, smell and make it make sense. For example, if it's a very hot day outside and you see a person wearing a thick coat, your intuition might tell you that something isn't right here. The person might be concealing a weapon or be a shoplifter looking to hide stolen items under the coat.

I still think it's important to listen to our intuition even if we don't completely understand where the information is coming from. Spiderman isn't the only one with a "spider sense" when it comes to things we need to be cautious about!
