Yep sounds like the usual to me... LOL I say that finding the right reader for you is as personal as choosing your hairdresser. There are many who are a dime a dozen but finding a truly connected person who can tie into your energy and situation to guide you and help you feel great is a real challenge. When you do fine one though you tend to keep them for the long term.

One of the most memorable readings I have ever had was with a woman who not only hit on the fact that I had been suffering from repeated ovarian cysts at that point in my life but did something that gave me relief for a period of a few days!

She placed her hands over my abdomen and slowly pulled them back. It felt like someone had pulled a thorn out of my abdomen, I can't describe it better than that! And I was pain-free! At that point in time, I was taking some pretty powerful pain meds and even with that, I wasn't getting complete relief from the pain.

Who is touching you physically? When is this occuring? How do you recognize it as spirit?

Attunement with spirit is best done with those you trust and work with in a partnership.

Ok my response would be that I only work with my Spirit Guides and Guardians. I do not just let any old spirit reach out and touch me just because they can. I want the security of working with those I know and trust and who know what works best for me. To develop that kind of relationship with your spirit guides takes time and effort.

You need to find a good development circle to work with where you can learn about meditation, grounding and protecting yourself and how to attune so you know you are connected to your Guardian and Spirit Guides who are meant to work with you.

You need to communicate that you will work only with your Guardian and Spirit Guides. The Guardian is your protector and the Spirit Guides are the ones who work with you once you commit to learning mediumship. The Guardian is with you from birth to death and his/ her job is to protect you.

If you are being interfered with physically a by spirit you do not know who is touching you and it bothers you, you do not have to put up with the intrusion.

You can ask for protection from your Guardian and ask that they stand between you and the touchy spirit so you can control what is happening to your body. Doing this makes the spirit have to find another way to communicate because they will be blocked from touching you by your Guardian. Then you can decide if you want to take their message or not. You are not forced to take a message from a pushy spirit. But if you do take the message they must tell your Guardian what they want and your Guardian will convey to you what the message is.

Now if it is someone you know who is in spirit they may be trying to get your attention and are not sure what you are sensing and so they are trying different things like touch. You still need to ask your Guardian to step in and help you convey to them not to frighten you. The Guardian will step in like in the above description. Through him or her you can let the known spirit know that you feel them and ask them to stop the touch and give you a mental picture of what they want to say.

Usually sprit is not trying to frighten us or intrude on our physical body. They are just simply trying to communicate and are trying anyway that they can imagine in order to make that happen. You need to tell them that it is too much and have your Guardian work on your behalf to let the spirit know that. Once they know what you are receiving they will adjust the signal they are using (be it sight, sound, smell or touch) to something that is better for you. It is like tuning a radio receiver. They are tuning in but sometimes they do not know that you find the music (sign) and the volume (the intensity of the sensation) is bothersome... Like telling your teen age kid to turn it down you need learn how to do that with spirit also.

My grandson received a little puppy dog as a gift that you can record your own voice on or a message for him. He is only 2 years old. So I recorded,I LOVE YOU RON RON!,2 TIMES.I PLAYED IT BACK 3 TIMES TO HIM,HE LOVED IT! HE THEN SAT DOWN & WATCHED TV WITH IT,45 MINUTES LATER I WENT TO SHOW MY DAUGHTER WHAT I HAD RECORDED FOR HIM. MY VOICE WAS NO LONGER THERE! WE HEARD AN OLD WOMANS VOICE WITH NO BACKGROUND NOISE AT ALL, DEAD SILENCE, NO TV IN THE BACKGROUND, NOTHING, SAYING "THE FLOWER","THE FLOWER". WE HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS COULD BE! DID I ACTUALLY GET AN EVP OF A GHOST? I'M STILL QUESTIONING WHO THIS COULD BE?

It sound like that is exactly what happened in this case. Have you had any other indications that your home has another resident other than your family? Do you know anything about the history of the house?

I also think you might want to research the history of the house. What do you know of the history of the place you are/were living in when this happened?

I have the sense that this old woman is attached to the home and that she was talking about flour not flower... I am not sure why I feel this but I get the sense that it was food she was talking about. Could it be something in the flour that made her sick? If so she is reliving that experience and trying to warn you of the problem. She does not know that she is passed on.

Have you played the recording since? Is the voice still there and if so is there some way to have to toy examined by reputable EVP experts?

Just some thoughts that might help.
