- Degrees of being psychic?
I love when my intuition kicks in -- I wish it happened more often! Last night I had a dream that came true today, which was cool.
Do women have trustier intuition than men, do you think?

How fascinating! I guess I fall into the clarivoyant family as I do get mental visuals...wouldn't go as far as calling them pictures...more parts of images that leads me to certain thoughts.
I am a very sensual person so your definition of intuition really fits with me.
Thanks for the insights!

I find that I choose the kind of material I watch on television and read in other media very carefully because of it.

Everyone has some level of intuitive ability. Those that are psychic are more sensitive than those who are intuitive and able to read and make sense of the messages they pick up off of others around them.
Mediumship is what the psychic becomes when you work with it and practice it so that what happens sporadically can then be trained to work as you wish for the most part. Its foundation is spirit communication not just reading the energy of people around you. It is the practice of meditation with the intent to serve others and the willingness to listen and give off messages that will help others improve their lives.
Developing a relationship with your guardian, guides and teachers is essential to move from psychic to medium. This takes a commitment of time and effort but is so worth it if your intent is to use it to help others and to live a more balanced and spiritually connected life.
I agree with the comment that women are more open to it than men but some of the best mediums I have seen have been men. So the difference is that of socialization not innate ability.
I have been intuitive and psychic most of my life but at the age of 24 or so I made the commitment to become a medium. Now at 37, I must say it is a truly interesting way to live life! I have never regretted opening up to learning how to better use my intuitive psychic nature.

My site: http://www.spiritualcat.com
I am told by clients that my prices are reasonable so that those who might not afford a reading are able to have one. And for me I know I am blessed if the bills are covered and so I sponsor 2 children in other parts of the world so that they may have schooling, medicine, education, clean water and their parents also have a chance at vocational training. I spent too many years donating money to a fake Spiritualist church so now I put that money to real charities where there is real need.

In response to Degrees of Psychic Abilities... posted by jcredmond:The other way to work it is they offer to put a spell on someone like a love or curse spell and tell the seeker that it takes a number of visits and of course a good chunk of cash for the spell to take effect. By the time the seeker realizes they have been fleeced the money and the spell casting scam artist is long gone...
I say don't leave you common sense at the door. If it doesn't seem right to you likely it isn't.
